Tues, June 29 "CFL on US TV. A report from Total-CFLer "CFL Fan From Calif" Myk 

"Under the new contract CFL games are televised on a number of different cable and satellite stations. I think it is the best coverage in the States since the 1995 season. I subscribe to Direct-TV satellite, with the basic sports package I can get a number of sports stations across the country. CFL games are being shown both Live and on Delay on Fox Sports New York, New England Sports Network, and the Empire Sports Network. So far it has been the TSN feed, but the important aspect is that it is live and we get the half-time show. This past week we had the Hamilton game on Thursday and the Bomber game on Friday.

Last year we got some live games on Fox Sports World, via the America One Network, but never the half-time show from TSN or CBC, it was some awful cheap show from the America One network, where the highlight was a phone call from Ted Michaels, and the half-time host barely had any knowledge of the CFL.

It appears as if there will be a number of Friday night games on. It is great to come home after a long day at the office and catch some live CFL games.

Wed, June 23 "Last night talking CFL on Fox Sports radio with Steve Czaban!

Approx 100,000 listeners I was told by Icerink from Pacific Trading Cards would have been listening to me talk CFL on Steve Czaban show 6.20pm Lions time. Icerink who I know is often on his show talking hockey.

Oh no Steve Czaban brings up the Albert Connell Saints Pinchy Pinchy issue but I try to stick up for a Stampeder saying we welcome people here and give them a 2nd chance but we shouldn't let Tonya Harding the Criminal "Isn't she" into Eskimoland! Great catch by Connell on Sundee. Good luck to him this year.

Told the US listeners to watch out for Ricky Ray the star who never misses a pass and Big Mike Sellers at the Redskins.

Sat, June 19 04 "What was Wally Lions coach thinking! The Hamilton Tiger Cats shock the BC Lions in CFL Rd 1 from Pammy's BC Place! New Total-CFLwebTV!

Nuffy, Wally what's he thinking! To even think of playing Dave Dickenson I can't comprehend that. Casey Printers was playing unreal in practice games and Dave couldn't even run 3-4 weeks ago. On Total-CFLwebTV right now you can see Dave Dickenson Hobbling at the BC Lions Fan Fest.

Great great night but I can't believe the Tiger Kittens beat us! Lions terrible early! Printers fantastic. RB Antonio Warren fantastic. Receivers Geroy Simon, Jason Clermont, Chris Brazzell, Frank Cutolo kicked butt.

It was good to run into and chat last night after the game with Tiger Cat players Mike Morreale, Danny McManus, Rob Hitchcock and the new Receivers coach Paul LaPolice the former Bomber Offensive coordinator.
